Today I will tell you about my training for legs and buttock..
🕑 Added 2024-05-15 13:39:30 +0000 UTC Today I will tell you about my training for legs and buttocks, which takes me about 45 minutes🙌 I start with a 5-minute warm-up on the treadmill or jumping on the spot. Then I move on to the main exercises: squats with dumbbells (3 sets of 15 reps), lunges (3 sets of 12 reps for each leg), and deadlifts (3 sets of 10 reps). I finish the workout by lifting the buttocks on one leg (3 sets of 12 repetitions for each leg) and stretching💪😉🧘♂️Don't forget to warm up before starting and stretch out afterwards to avoid injury!💕💋
