Snail hospital 🏥 update for those interested
Rained really hard over night, so we added about 6 new companions for the ☆Snail Hospital☆
The cuttle bone is in there, as are some apple scraps and potatoe peels.
Im working on getting some bark from trees, and maybe some small rocks for them/sticks.
They are outside so they don't get used to ambient temps and I've released 2 already who grew over the broken shells and were strong enough to hide from predators.
I also have 2 snakes, a gecko and a frog. My hognose has gone off feeding since Thanksgiving and is going for an assisted feeding next week. They are all fine! He hasn't lost weight and is just being a brat (snakes hit puberty and either get mean or snotty). My dog and cat are very well.
If you have pets give them a smooch for me and an extra treat.
