I am so sorry! I needed a little break again, I know its not sexy and I apologize. I am editing and working on some stuff. Probably tomorrow I will have something for sure!
I just had a rough panic attack from a bad nightmare during a parasomnia attack as well. I had a horrible dream and couldn't move when I woke up so I had a panic attack, I've been trying to just keep some water down.
