My right Palm is positioned over my left leaving space in the middle creating gap in the shape of a triangle ππΌπ and I just plop my head in there ππ½ What this does essentially is the same concept as a golf tee β³οΈ Youβre creating a sort of pocket, or indent, for your head to balance on.
