🕑 Added 2021-11-01 19:00:01 +0000 UTC What a weekend!!! Is it crazy that Monday is more relaxing than the weekend has been? I started a new job cooking/cleaning for a local establishment Friday night, second shift Saturday night, we made cheesecakes, Key Lime Pie, Lasagna, and lots of artisan pizzas... I only managed to get pictures of some of the pizzas. Lasagna pizza was for fun, but turned out really tasty. Cottage Bacon and Hamburger pizzas were popular, as was the Reuben pizza but I didn't get a pic of that one. Sunday found us butchering a sheep that bloated on alfalfa. I'm saving the hide to practice learning to tan. No pics cause it's gory. Lots of new skills to learn! Then we went out and had dinner at a local chain restaurant. Fried chicken and mashed taters 😋
