I done good Baby!!! 😋 I've been on a quest to find the perfect old-fashioned prairie Kuchen...I remember the first one...and the most I ever paid for a Kuchen...it tasted like a boxed lemon cake mix, quite disappointed! 😥 Pete's in Scotland, SD makes the best I've found so far, but I think the one I made last night may have his beat!! I had to bake it on the bottom oven rack while dinner was baking above it so the crust was disappointingly a little over done...but I'm definitely impressed with my first attempt. Recipe included so you can give it a try! I used canned peaches and frozen blueberries but I highly recommend raspberries...or try another fruit of choice. Mmmmmm! 😜😋
