I'm letting y'all in on one of my skin care secrets... Aloe Vera... I'm loving the slimy stuff!! Did you know that it boosts vitamin and mineral absorbtion by 300+%!!!?!!! (This link says much more.... https://www.passhealthfoods.com/blog/2017/8/17/new-study-aloe-can-increase-nutrient-absorption-by-up-to-2000) It's a key ingredient in my favorite multivitamin type supplement and kids vitamins, and I freeze it in cubes to throw in smoothies. I use the blender now as it works best for this. I whiz up the skin so it's not wasted and saturate my hair. Brush out the pieces and leave the gel in. Feels amazing 😍 Rinse my hair out at night, no shampoo, and reapply more as desired. So soft!
