🕑 Added 2021-07-09 13:29:53 +0000 UTC I think I finally got biscuits mastered!! Mmmmmm!!! 😋🥰 Oops....I didn't measure exactly like usual so... here's approximately what is in them. Freeze the extra, either before baking or after. Problem was, I went back for thirds and they were gone! So I'll double this next time and try to put some in the freezer!🤦😂 1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2)Mix together in large bowl: 10 c. of flour 1/2 c. raw sugar 1 Tb salt 1 Tb cream of tartar 2 TB baking powder 3)Grate 1 1/2 sticks of cold butter into flour mixture and gently toss together In large measuring bowl mix: 6 large eggs 1 2/3 c. Oil 3 c. Water or milk 4)Add liquid mixture to flour mixture and fold in gently. When almost mixed (first pic), turn out on counter. Press together and fold over itself 3 to 4 times until flour is incorporated. Press flat to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and cut into biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees.
