🕑 Added 2021-10-11 20:27:39 +0000 UTC Adapted from an old Apple Betty recipe years ago...👀 Look what you can do with day old Panera bread! I used mostly blueberry bagels but most any variety or combination of varieties can be used. Fresh chopped apples, dried cranberries, coconut flakes, frozen blueberries...you can also do walnuts or pecans, and any other combination of dried, frozen or fresh fruit pieces. Toss altogether with a good drizzling of olive oil, cinnamon and raw sugar or agave syrup to taste. Add a dash of milk or fruit juice... bake covered for 300 degrees for an hour then 5-10 minutes uncovered if you like crispy chunks. Or if you like soggy bread pudding add more milk and keep covered. 😋 Can be a nice hot breakfast on a chilly fall morning or after-dinner dessert served with icecream or whipped cream. 💞
