Sometimes I get weird ideas and create yumminess... 😁😋 I mad..
🕑 Added 2021-09-29 02:35:31 +0000 UTC Sometimes I get weird ideas and create yumminess... 😁😋 I made a huge batch of biscuits on Sunday...99 to be exact, and put some unbaked into the freezer because they are so handy to have made up. Tonight I put a large can of sliced pears in a deep 9 by 13 casserole dish, topped them with a layer of frozen biscuits, dusted those with cinnamon and sugar and baked it. Then I took some frozen rhubarb and made rhubarb sauce and poured over the top and put it back in the oven to caramelize a minute....oh my! Very good if I may say so myself!!! I routinely entertained 10 to 12, sometimes more, at meals, so hence the big recipes. 💞 Anyone else like to experiment in the kitchen?
