🕑 Added 2021-09-25 17:44:55 +0000 UTC Easiest icecream cake ever.... Two cartons of icecream, leave at room temperature till soft enough to smash into a 9 by 13 casserole dish. You can use different flavors. One flavor on the bottom then a layer of ice cream sandwiches then the second carton on top and a layer of Cool whip over that. Decorate as desired. I've also occasionally used a layer of frozen or canned fruit. Raspberries are amazing! Crumbled cookies, nuts, etc could all be layered. Follow me for more dangerous recipes! 😜😂😋
