🕑 Added 2022-01-20 17:09:05 +0000 UTC Iβm on day 10 of working out. Day 20 of mindful eating and no booze (no booze is temporary.) I donβt see any change in my physical body π but I feel much better from the inside out (which is the most important.) I made a silly nude work out video. It is NOT the most flattering π and I know itβs not perfect form, but then again jumping jacks are not meant to be done bra-less, especially with these tig-ol-bitties. The video is 4 mins long!! $40. DM me to purchase and thanks for resubscribing!
