Had a bath and let my muscles soak 🛁… i’ve got nasal spray that I need to use because they think the issue is deep inside chief connecting my nose and ear or something?? Hoping to get a doctor‘s appointment tomorrow… i’m feeling loads better though and after teach my dance class but still dizzy 😵
