🕑 Added 2022-07-23 09:03:44 +0000 UTC I don't even know why I'm positing this here but I feel like social media and all that shit can be fake as fuck sometimes and I want to be an authentic bitch 😉. I started lifting in the gym almost one year ago now. It was my last step in getting my mind right. I've delt with mental health issues for as long as I can remember. Becoming a parent exasperated it because people depend on you to have your shit together. I had a breakdown just like basically everyone else during the pandemic while also deconstructing my orthodox faith. It was A LOT. I work my ass off "almost" every workout. I did nothing to change my eating habits because I love food too much 🤤 these changes are so so small but having you guys here for me plus having as outlet to express myself has been huge! Thanks a million to everyone who took a chance on me and continues to support me ❤️❤️❤️❤️
