I’m getting better, finally. Still coughing and energy a little up and down, but at least I can function. I have been so stressed lately and had to take some time off live streaming for my own mental health. I feel like the moment I made that decision, my stress levels went right down and my body allowed itself to get sick. I’m sure some of you have experienced this. Like getting sick the moment you’re off work and start to relax. That’s cause our bodies are literally in survival mode when we are highly stressed. I also lost my biggest Instagram account that I took a couple of years to build to 4K followers and my camera died so it wasn’t exactly the time off I wanted. Now that I’m recovered it’s time to get back on track and complete the plan I had started.
