An important thing that I learned about PCOS and my diagnosis, is why my belly is visibly bigger than the rest of my body, it’s normal with this disease! So my insecurity is a little weaker now haha, especially if you all don’t mind it!
I will try to lose some weight, about 5 kg would be great according to my BMI
Maybe when I’ll start taking my hormonal birth control (it’s the only “cure” for PCOS symptoms), then it would be easier to do achieve🙈
I really like my body and my soft chubbiness but if the doctor said that I would be healthier, and my PCOS would be “weaker” with even 5kg less, then I’ lol try😅
