I started doing sun salutations before anything else in the morning about 5 years ago. At first I was just doing a basic sun salutation routine just 3x, now I mix it up, add bits in and do it 5x. Just an example of how you can change it up for yourself. Its really important to incorporate some sort of stretches like this into your morning routine!! Hope you enjoyed the video!
