A sped-up (x4) Workout Wednesday video out on the deck, wearing booty shorts while fighting mosquitoes and patting the friendly kitty, before showing off a pretty gnarly toe injury hahaha. The hidden dangers of monofins - my tail cracked my toenail almost 3months ago, then Reformer Pilates made it worse but tonight's stretches/yoga/abs chill session allowed it to finally break off completely 😆 avoid the final 5mins of the video if you're squeamish, don't like feet/toes or hate seeing broken nails 😉
