So, about story that I have mentioned before. Got a trip for 4 days to another country and of course felt myself awful straight for 3 days. Wasnt able to get up from the bed. I was able only go to kitchen/wc. Well, of course I was able to eat only something that I ate in my country, especially only production that I know, otherwise I guess there will be a "wc party" with vomiting. My ration was something like crips bread, yoghurt, oatmeal and smoothie. It was hard.😓
Only twice I have tried to go out and chill, but in 20 minutes or so started feeling myself worser and worser.
Thats why I hate travelling, everytime something happening. Every single time.
