🕑 Added 2024-03-26 21:22:17 +0000 UTC I just went to practice because I was pumped after watching the national tournament for wrestling and this was the first time in a month since I’ve be able to go (since my neck started hurting pretty much) and I went super light annnnnnd my neck got a bit worse now I can’t turn it right again haha damn it. Nothing is more frustrating than training around injuries like what do I even do! Can’t train light, don’t feel like lifting because what do I gain I’m already muscular and strong. Talk about having no direction in your life right now!😭
