His ears and belly aren’t jaundiced anymore, feeding tube is out, appetite could be better but he’s not *losing* weight so that’s what is most important. I love this lil guy so much, seeing his spirit come back into him was one of the best feelings 🥹😭 He’s been glued to me since he’s been back home, he gets his own dedicated “brushie” time twice a day while he eats (he’s a bit of an addict, he’d have me go for hours and drool til he was dehydrated if he had it his way 💀), and I shut everyone else out and let him rest in my bed so he’s not stressed🫶🏻 I feel zero ~buyers remorse~ Over the 7k, he is so precious to me and I know we have way more time left together. Such terribly bad timing though (not that anytime would be good, but my finances would be better prepared :/), I had been planning my comeback for weeks and this threw me off so hard. I’m just grateful more than anything right now, though 🫶🏻
