🕑 Added 2021-01-06 23:12:00 +0000 UTC Determined to be successful. 💪 The surest way to lose weight is to cut your calorie intake & increase your calorie output (exercise a little more). My problem is that I grew up on Fast Food and no vegetables. & I love fast and junk food. 😂 That's okay, I just have to learn to regulate my high calorie food better. I'll be working on that for a LONG time. 😂 Been working on it for years already, but still not giving up. If you need workout motivation, let me know! I used to weigh 250 lbs at age 13 (when I first started working out - simple 15 mins on exercise bike) & my skinniest was around 110 lbs around age 24! Yeah, I've been doing this forever lol. 🖤
