My lower abdomen, on the left, hurts SO fucking bad right now. It’s a horrible stabbing pain. Idk if anyone remembers about a month ago when I got really sick and had to take a while off? It feels like that again, but a lot less severe. I honestly think it’s due to my diet being so gaseous to make content… maybe I should dial back a little for my health? I just wanna make sure you all get super awesome content and wanna subscribe each month!
Looking at a body chart, it looks like it’s probably my descending colon. So it is most likely trapped gas - but it hurts SO bad. Best not to eat gassy foods to make more gas when it’s already feeling like it’s gonna burst, so no content tonight. I’ll release a paid vid though!
