🕑 Added 2024-10-10 18:33:02 +0000 UTC What makes us happy? 🌼When I think of happiness, moments of simple pleasure come to mind - the warm rays of sunshine on my face, the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning, or the laughter of friends around the holiday table. It is in these little things that true happiness seems to lie.But often I wonder: what really makes us happy? I have re-read many books, discussed this topic with my loved ones and finally came to a few important conclusions.✨ Connections with people. No material things can replace the joy we feel when we connect with people close to us. I have noticed that moments spent with loved ones always make me happier.💖 Self-care. Happiness is also about loving yourself. There are days when I just need to relax, be alone with myself and do yoga.💫 Gratitude. When I learned to notice the good moments in everyday life, happiness began to come to me more often. Even the simplest things, like an evening walk or a cup of hot tea, can bring joy. It is important to be able to appreciate what you already have.In my opinion, happiness is a personal journey. Everyone finds it in their own unique moments, experiences and connections.
