🕑 Added 2021-01-03 16:56:28 +0000 UTC So I was gonna start writing on here too. I am on my True Spiritual Journey ... Is anyone else embracing that? It is about aligning yourself with yourself, God and the Universe. I have been on this journey a couple of years and feel like I have grown a lot. But with a new year it seems time to re commit to it and go back to going over it all again and embracing it. This is one good book to read and live this way. It will bring you peace and comfort. I read it before, but reading it again. Sometimes we slip back into habits or beliefs that are not for our highest good. Unsure if anyone has any New Years Goals or Resolutions. I prefer to call them life changes or life steps. I am starting this year anew with going full on to My True Spiritual Journey, being at peace and respecting my body more. I was going to try the whole 30 program, I was vegan for several years before. It is just like right before the pandemic I had this “intuition” or knowing that it wasn’t going to work out for some reason and I became more flexible with my food. Whole 30 isn’t vegan but it’s food in it’s more purest form. The one thing about vegan is there is a lot of products with too many unknown ingredients. They become expensive and convenient but not sure sure good for you. If you don’t eat that way being vegan you end up with too many carbs and too many beans and legumes for me. We will see , I will let you know what I think of this one. My other goal is get back to my exercise program with earnest . I suffered 2 broken thumbs - same thumb different spot, the broken clavicle and then now the other shoulder froze. Fixing that on Friday the 8th. Due to all the injuries and and the bs of 2020 closures and gyms with masks I decided to air sculpt lipo on December 18th. I am pretty happy with the results and feel it gives me head start on getting back to work and working out hard. I will add the 2 photos I had on twitter. It was like sucking the negativity off me metaphoricly from 2020. I as well am trying to cut back on alcohol. I signed up for something called cutback coach. They have to you text them a emoji of wine when you have one. It is pretty cool. Then they remind you where you are at and what your goals are. Makes you think. I just didn’t want to waste all the efforts I did to improve. So I will let you know how that goes too. The other thing I hope to do is keep on filming and hope that porn stays legal. :) . I do some other work as well and it has picked up too. I solved a lot of family issues in 2020 so I am hopping to have 2021 more to my own goals. I have more secrets I will share later about plans. I love the lake and boating and just wanting my physical body to work so I can get back to wakesurfing/wakeboarding. That has been one of my biggest passions. Anyways feel free to share anything you like about your plans for this new year. I wish everyone the best and lets try and be positive and make the most out of what we can with our time here. Much Love Payton
