I spent the first 15 years of my life loathing it and then a teacher made me smoke a cigarrete in front of my class on a dare and a week later (I think it was 1981) I was hooked until 2010 when I quit completely (I was smoking 2 packs a day) and stayed that way until 2017. Then at a pool party I grabbed a cigarette from a friend and started smoking one or two a day. Helps me deal with anxiety. But the thing is, now I'm smoking maybe 4 cigarettes a day and my anxiety levels keep going up, so I'm ready to quit again and look for alternative ways to deal with it. Who knows what's best?
