I’ve been struggling to adjust to day lighting savings😵💫 I don’t know about you, but somehow that one hour time difference always majorly screws up my sleep schedule. I’ve been sleeping terribly and today when I got up, I just felt tired and anxious all day long due to all the poor sleep.
