🕑 Added 2021-07-08 16:26:01 +0000 UTC Morning! Today is my last important doc appt for the month. Had to prioritize these early in July before I travel to Oregon for work and play. I’m in a bit of a flare because my injection therapy causes a pretty significant immune response for 2-3 days. I should be feeling much better tomorrow :) Since I do these every 7 weeks, I generally know what to expect. I do the low dose immunotherapy to help calm my body’s histamine responses (thus inflammatory responses) and improve my mast cell activation syndrome. I have done them for over two years now and it’s been a huge part in stabilizing my body :)
