🕑 Added 2021-03-07 19:33:20 +0000 UTC Good morning! Reminder that you don’t have to *earn* joy. You are simply worthy as you are. The mind lies, but the heart never does. You can’t feel into the heart + feeling + access intuition if you’re constantly pushing yourself to be “productive” and “achieve.” But I’m betting you didn’t feel safe in your feelings - so you pushed them down, and filled your life with busyness, goals, competition, and distractions. If you want to rewrite your story, shift your narrative, and escape the patterns that ‘control’ you, it starts with being still. Your body is always communicating, the universe is always providing *opportunity* — it’s up to us to listen. Put your hand on your heart today and know you are loved.
