I went for another run today so that means you get yoga pants + booty teases 🙏🏼 Proud of myself for a recent commitment to movement. The last couple of months have been so incredibly challenging and this feels like a key way to get back into my body. I don’t like super structured (anything lol) workouts — I prefer to move in ways that feel good and fun. For me, running outside is a preferred cardio workout. I also love dancing, hiking, and gentle yoga. I slipped out of doing any yoga practice after last summer, so I look forward to more of that too. 😊
