🕑 Added 2019-10-13 21:58:02 +0000 UTC Happy Full Moon! Full moons are known to bring a climax of energy. My favorite way to celebrate the full moon is to find some time for quiet reflection. I like rituals as well, but that's totally optional. At the most basic level, it's an opportunity for us to release and transform what we know deep down needs to happen. If you're holding on to something you know is no longer "serving" you, it's time to let go. Sensitive people often feel a bit more emotional (even physical symptoms can flare) during full moons. But we must use this emotional strength and intuition to help us grow and truly "see the light." Keep glowin' friends. All shots were taken in Sedona, AZ
