🕑 Added 2023-06-12 12:02:34 +0000 UTC In this clip I was told I should try working out 🏋️♀️ before I eat so that it feels like I’ve “earned” my meal of chic fila spicy chicken sandwich🐔with Mac n cheese ontop🫕Then wash it down with a soda🤤🥤I stretch, then struggle so bad to do just 10 jumping jacks & 10 sit ups 🥵 In my before pic just last summer I was walking up down 30stairs a day, hiking up steep hills, jogging 🏃♀️, & doing 50 sit ups a day! 😮 I still can’t believe I used to be so active lol Now look at me 😩 😝
