🕑 Added 2017-08-03 16:54:30 +0000 UTC I figured, I've gotten most of my broken pieces fixed. Why not address one more? I haven't ridden my bike since the day my father died, March 14th. I love riding my bike. It makes me happy, pushing my muscle and my lungs. I love the burn, being active in my weight management and athletic build. Every time I'd try to ride, my heart felt so much sadness, cycling and the idea just made me sad. Really, really sad. So, I just stopped riding. 😢 Today, I was driving to the gym. The sun rose, so beautifully lighting my passenger seat. Something told me to turn the car around, take a breath, and get on my bike. It's like the sun was an act of kindness, giving me a hug, telling me it was time to put that terrible day behind me. So, I'm 25% through my first marathon cycling in almost five months. Just thought I'd share that. 😙
