If any videos I’ve sent you or you have purchased won’t play, due to the following:
If you’re using iPhone safari browser, click the double Aa in the top left hand corner of your phone screen, the click ‘request desktop site’.
After this it will ask you to log in again, once you have logged in again the videos should work!
If you are not using iPhone try using a laptop to get onto the desktop site or use a different browser!
