Update:
I ended up in the hospital last night as things took a turn for the worse. I was given medication and sent back home. I am feeling better today and I am able to be up and move around. I am officially positively recovering and should be feeling much better by tomorrow. Thank you you all for the kind words and support while I've been sick.
