the crisp greasiness of cured bacon and the crunchy, spicy, gooeyness of jalapenos slathered in rich cream cheese have always made my mouth water, even when my belly wasn't so soft and round that you could lay your head on it and fall soundly asleep lol. but when you bring it together with the american sacrament that is the chili dog, with its thick, fat, meaty dog nestled in a bed of cream cheese and a warm, soft, welcoming bun 🤤 and the cheese coated chili drowning the entire thing... that, my dearests, is heaven on earth. oh, and don't forget the chips 🐷🐷
