I’ll blame the lack of detail on the hair…I’m definitely getting leaner but still have a ways to go. Taking in around 2400 calories a day, 20 mins cardio and weight training 5 days out of 7. Plus core and posing. It’s taken me this past month to really kick it into gear so expect changes a bit more now. And at some point, I have to shave 😬
