But there are some really great books out there such as “Better Sex Through Yoga” and “Yoga for Sex” that can be really helpful! Again, I would avoid plow pose because that can really injure your neck :(! I’ll talk more tomorrow about how yoga personally changed my experience during intimacy in a positive way :)!💜
