🕑 Added 2023-02-19 11:07:28 +0000 UTC The true "go fuck yourself!" Have you ever imagined having sex with yourself? Its a fascinating experiment that can really help with self love and appreciation. It also helps you observe yourself as a lover. How do you approach yourself, do you want to suck, kiss, top, or bottom? Does it seem too silly and strange to even imagine? This exercise can also bring up shyness or insecurities. This is a good thing! This helps us identify places where we judge ourselves. These are the same places we typically judge others and if we are mentally more kind about others, we become more kind in our minds about ourselves. Talk to yourself as you would a great friend 💜
