Been sticking to a more regular work out routine since December. I’ve spent too much time falling on and off the wagon so to speak lol. I take cardiovascular health very seriously, 11 years ago my mother had a massive heart attack. She wasn’t expected to survive but she beat the odds. It’s a very long complicated story but she was fortunate enough to receive a heart transplant almost 10 years ago! Heart disease runs in my family BUT the biggest factors are life style ones..did you know smoking is a leading cause of heart disease? Obviously eating poorly and high stress levels can damage your heart as well. So I try my best to keep my ticker in good shape! Thanks for listening to my Ted talk 😂🤣😂
