Part of competitive lifting is having an “off-season” where I focus on building muscle. 💪 I gotta say it can be tough looking at selfies lean with abs, to a little thicker. 🍰 I just gotta remind myself, the reward is more cake, stronger lifts, and thicker thighs 🍗🤤
