🕑 Added 2024-08-19 02:54:47 +0000 UTC I'm nursing my lower back. Every time I do whatever it is that i do to it, it causes my right hip to jut out to the side a bit. And as you can see in the last pic, my hips are tucked slightly so that there isn't much arch to my lower back. I start physical therapy in September. I sure hope they can help me.
