All the holiday treats have left me feeling bloated and in need of some self-discipline. We still have one more get together this Wednesday with my immediate family, and then I'll get a headstart on the new year. My husband and two of my sons went in on a robot vacuum/mopper for me, and one of my sons bought me an e-stim massager for my back. These will lessen the stress on my lower back, and I'm hoping/praying for a full recovery so that I can work hard in the home gym. I'll be out for a few weeks after my explant/capsulectomy and lift (23 Jan). In the meantime, diet will be a big focus of mine. I plan on doing the plant based diet for a bit; I'll also eat eggs, fish, and dairy. I just want to try something different for a bit. Cut out some meat fat while making things a little more interesting. Have a great rest of your 2023. I'm going to relax tonight, and I'll see y'all tomorrow. Hugs and kisses!🫂💋
