I came home from the lake with a stiff lower back, probably from lifting a few too many heavy things; although, the chiropractor did say I might be sore after my adjustments. Truthfully, I'm not sure I'm benefitting from the chiropractic adjustments. Tomorrow is the last one of this series. We'll see how it goes. I'm hopeful, but a little leery at this point. My doc gave me muscle relaxants when I saw her recently, so I'm going to take them regularly over this next week, after which if I'm still having problems, my massage therapist is going to resort to aggressive therapy (really work deep into the lower back muscles). I took a muscle relaxant a little while ago. It may knock me out. So if this is my only post for today, you'll know why. Hugs and kisses!💋💋
