If you're interested, this is today's post workout stretch. I'm trying to take extra time for working on flexibility. Towards the end, when I do a forward bend with my legs straight out in front while sitting on the floor, my back really felt tight and sore. I have an appointment with the chiropractor tomorrow morning. I'll let y'all know how it goes.
