🕑 Added 2022-03-14 14:12:02 +0000 UTC Goooooooooood morning everyone🥰 Bloated as heck this morning (that time of month, blahhhhh) but I read years ago during your cycle if you workout you’re not as crampy, moody or exhausted. It does work but it still sucks🤣 Anywho, 45 minute row and happy I’m slowing my drag down to get a rhythm going and feeling more of a burn. While I didn’t eat like crap like weekend I didn’t eat the best either so I’m feeling a little sluggish. It’s crazy once you cut foods out, start to feel better then try to eat like that again, you feel gross and wonder how you let yourself eat that in the first place. Now if only I could feel that way about beer my stomach would be set🤣🤣🤣 I have cases of beer outside that I won’t touch but drink when we go out. Trying hard to cut it out and only gave it on the weekends but ohhhhhh it’s hard😬 Buttttttttt, I hope y’all are doing amazing today🤗
