I’m really excited, so this is what I’m thinking- cardio 6 days a week. We’re buying a hex bar, squat bar and weights so I’ll incorporate that a few times a week. Plus we’re looking into a Bowflex (I love them and my oldest son wants one). I know I’ll have to stop soon as surgery is next month but I want to start and get going so when I’m strong enough after surgery I can get back into the swing of things. Anyone know a good website for wrights let me know. I’m buying both the hex and squat bar from Amazon so not sure if I should buy weights there too. Anyway, ok off to shower.
