Yesterday I had my one week post op appointment and got the all clear to pretty much do what I want as the stitches are only around the nipple and not laterally or under breast. Still having those "highs and lows" after surgery which take time to go away and still taking it easy but overall I feel great😊 I'll post more in a bit for now- yayyyyyy for the card🥳
