My back is the only place you can still tell that I have some muscle tone, underneath the fat that has been building up… **even a giant side roll is forming!** Most of my weight gathers around my legs and ass. I’m gathering more and more rations there for tougher times, even though I’ll only add to the supply, never burning those calories away 😏
