Last summer during a trip to Vegas I visited a place called Area 15. The only way I can describe it is a massive warehouse turned into adult playground! The whole interior is black-lit and neon. We did axe throwing, bought some cool retro candy, danced, and played games at the arcade bar. I had heard of them, but hadn’t seen a bar like that and it was so fun! There was a DJ blasting EDM music, two stories of retro arcade games, and a couple bartenders. That was just the pregame 😳
Right after, we walked over to Lost Spirits Distillery which is a unique combination of a working distillery and interactive theater. Whenever I describe it to friends I always go to call it a freak show, but that wouldn’t do it justice. It’s set up like a maze with multiple stages for mini performances. Salsa dancing, burlesque, roller skate acrobatics, contortionists, and god knows what🤯 They kept pouring us alcohol so strong I couldn’t even smell it without securing a hangover the next day. The whole place looks like a steampunk cosplay artists wet dream. I kept teasing Aaron and he snuck a picture of me in one of the hallways. A group walked in and tried so hard to pretend like they didn’t just see my boobs. I should have told them it was okay to look ☺️ The other picture is in the main black-lit room at Area 15
